STATUS
JLL sees the 1.25 MW pod fitting its assets: a former XO Communications space in an OHP building already plumbed for a 1.25 MW pod, the owner holding 7 more Chicagoland sites, 29 JLL managed offices beside the CenTrio line, an Aon site up to 4 MW. JLL wants cooling range and rack density options and a pod proposal. CenTrio check in Tue 13 Oct. Source: JLL call 9 Oct 2026 and calendar.
