Why this relationship exists

Their first budgetary proposal for Philadelphia came in on 17 September at about $300M for 40 MW, generators excluded. Greg puts OneCore at roughly 13 to 14 weeks and says capacity depends on when a customer executes. Two price points still on the table, about $11m to $12m per MW on the smaller units and about $10m per MW at 50 MW.
